Ken Floyd

Ken and his wife, Sharon, currently live in northeast Ohio, where Ken serves as the Pastor of Leadership Development at Grace Baptist Church in Canton. An extension of his role at Grace is to mentor pastors in northeast Ohio and assist churches seeking revitalization. He is currently a coach to five pastors and three churches. Ken previously served twenty-five years as the lead pastor of three churches in Ohio and Michigan before serving for sixteen years as the Executive Ministry Director of the Bridge Fellowship in Michigan (formerly known as the Michigan Association of Regular Baptist Churches). Ken’s role was to mentor and counsel pastors and to give direction to churches seeking assistance in being biblically focused and effective.

Ken and Sharon have been married since 1976 and have one adult child. They are blessed to currently reside near their daughter, son-in-law, and five grandchildren. Their move to northeast Ohio was partly motivated by their desire to mentor their grandchildren spiritually and to continue their ministry of encouragement to the next generation of pastors and churches.
