What I learned in E4:12 can be summed up with John 3:30 – “He must increase, but I must decrease.” I always focused on decreasing so Jesus can increase, but I learned to focus on Him increasing in me first. I unknowingly blamed God for a lot of pain I went through over the years. I thought that my life and my gifts were wasted. E4:12 helped me become saturated in Jesus and His Word, and to get my life back on course with my purpose to know Jesus and make Him known.
